Online access from low-income countries is free of charge. Countries eligible are those on the UN list of low-income countries 2005 (shown below). If you are from one of these countries you can logon now.

CD-ROM subscriptions in low-income countries
CD-ROM subscriptions in low-income countries are available free of charge. Over 22,000 copies of RHL are distributed every year by the WHO.
